By creating an account or using VeloClear, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
VeloClear is a daily planning web application. It allows you to write notes, track habits, manage deadlines, and organise your day. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use VeloClear. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You own your data. VeloClear does not sell your notes, habits, or personal information to third parties. Your data is stored securely using Supabase (our database provider). You can export your data at any time from Settings, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
You agree not to misuse VeloClear. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' data; using the service to store or transmit illegal content; reverse engineering or attempting to extract the service's source code; or interfering with the service's operation.
VeloClear may offer paid subscription plans in the future. If and when pricing is introduced, you will be clearly notified before any charge is made. Free-tier features will remain available as described at the time they are offered.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our servers within a reasonable period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeloClear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
